I'm pretty sure you will be ok to enter, a lot of kids younger than you enter these comps.

Like Jimmy said Matt, contact Dennis i'm sure he'll clarify what I said. Where abouts from Birmingham are you then pal? There is lots going on in Brum, pay my website a visit www.tdevents.webs.com it has details of all the competitions/exhibitions that we are running - which is open to anyone, I may add.
