i started playing for a team 5 weeks ago and ive lost all 4 of my games.ive been averaging around 78 in practice but cant get anywhere near that in my matches has anyone got any tips cheers

mate you have to imitate match conditions e.g. making sure you have the right amount of pause after your throw and not just banging in darts one after the other. Darts is a rhythm game so you need to make sure you can keep that rhythm when playing other people. Also you need to conquer your nerves.

This might sound stupid but dont eat anything , try and calm your energy down , take a couple of calming tablet , When it comes to a match its natrual you get a bit nerves ,which causes unstability on your throw.
cheers chaps ive started pausing between throws my form diped at first but seem to be getting used to it now il try the not having anything to eat and the tablets on thursday
